I'm still trying to figure out how a person can ask "Why are Hyatt Hotels in the US so bad?" when discussing properties in San Fran?

If the title of this thread read, "Why are Hyatt Hotels in San Francisco so bad?" I might be more sympathetic.

Although, not indicated, I'm not sure how the OP can base an entire brand, in an entire country, when you've only stayed at few in one city. That’s really not a fair evaluation of the brand IN the US.
