Nothing hacks me off more than when flying and there are kiosk/customer service issues. Had an experience on US once where there were there were few customers, plenty of employees, and we already had the BP ,just needed to check a bag, half of that process involves the employee anyway.

CO and the others have to realize that some people aren't tech savvy (does every bank force you to use an ATM in the lobby?) and if they get a little spillover into people using humans to check in, the kiosks are still helping with efficiency/cost savings.
