Yes I realize may not be travel specific or technology for that matter - but if you have had some experience in purchasing one of these products, I would appreciate your feedback.

I live in a condo with a nice deck, enclosed on 4 sides (including my neighbors deck as a ceiling) aprox 10 -11 ft high. All wood. I have two adorondack chairs and a couple of tables set up out there and I am looking for a nice- preferably electric heater under $250.00 that would allow me to cigar smoke in the winter. I thought about an electric blanket option - and may still.

Does anyone have a reccomendation on a small overhead (or other type) electronic heater that would do the trick in 40 degree weather for about an hour - hour and a half?
