Sorry you had such a bad experience. I have to say it's been a while since I stayed at the 2 SFO properties but my last couple of stays at the Hyatt Embarcadero have been awesome, apart from the miniscule RC. Shame they lost the Park Hyatt - that was my favourite.

There are some good Hyatts in the US but it is pretty much a lottery but I find the same with Hilton as well
