I have to agree totally with you. We arrived back from SYD last month. We were the first off the plane onto the airbridge. Our first sight of
blighty was a ton of dirty blankets, curtains and broken wheel chairs just piled in a heap off the walkway a few feet from disembarking passengers. The walkway was filthy, carpets threadbare and walls and ceilings damaged. Talk about first impressions.
I am sorry to all you managers at BAA LHR but this is inexcusable. You lot should be ashamed, forget budgets, its purely and simply a `couldnt give a sh.t attitude,its disgusting.
If it was down to me you would all be booted out. I could go on......
Then of course a 30 minute wait through passport control!!
