Not less than 80 USD. With the exchange rate now, you might have a difficult time finding a safe place for that kind of price. If memory serves, there is a hotel booking desk inside the Frankfurt Hbf (main train station). They might be able to help you find a local place for cheaper, but 80 USD is not realistic.

Rates at these hotels fluctuate based on a number of things, from whether or not a convention is in town, to holidays, to football matches. Google Intercityhotel Frankfurt and their website should come up. Plug in your dates and see what the rates come out to.
