I didn't say "Call your supervisor." It was on the tip of my tongue, but I got the impression, honestly, that she would have said "I don't *have* a supervisor, that's the problem!" Or some other equally useless remark. I mean, what happens when an unstoppable force (moi) hits an immovable object (Denise)? I decided to be a stoppable force and pursue it calmly at the RCC...that 1K room so upsets me...
