My 5 pieces of luggage didn't arrive with me off BA56 from Johanessburg on Monday morning along with many other peoples. The bags are meant to have arrived 24 hours later on Tuesday morning but no one at BA seems able to tell me whether they did. I suspect the bags are sitting in a large pile in the T1 arrivals hall. Did anyone who went through there today observe large piles of luggage waiting to be sorted or am I being told porkies?
