If you fly the least expensive fare, you are not entitled to any miles at all. Does that apply to other airlines as well? Please let me know so I can avoid them. Too bad Singapore (one of the best in the world) is one of the stingiest airlines as far as giving out upgrade unless you are a real paying customer. Any feedback is welcome.
