Well, not sure what you mean by "original." I received one in email right after booking the award. The partner segments had no seats at that point since they had not yet been requested. In very short order, though, I could look at the more dynamic online version and see the seats. I did call to make requests. AA then "requests" the seats from the partners- can't just assign them as they can with AA metal. They do know what's available, so all of the "requests" were granted. Then it is all visible on the AA site.
