Given the information you have given I would say go for the forward exit row on the left hand side. These 3 seats have considerable "legroom". I am told the A seat gets chilly if you feel the cold.

The right hand side at this point has 2 seats and a crew jump seat. The crew member will sit there for take-off and landing etc.

The rear exit rows are also good should you not be able to get the left forward row. They have 3 seats each side. The crew jump seat is facing you (on the right).

Bear in mind that these are main emergency exits and have limited overhead bins. From memory you get about half a bin for 3 people - and the aforementioned crew member will stick their roll-on in it. If you are taking handbaggage on then I suggest you get on early.
