It has been a long while since I claimed AA awards I dont remember in the past if you can print the e-tickets for award or not. With UA you can print the ticket and even with the history of changes up till departure, together with the amount of tax paid.

Is the email confirmation is the only way to actually see the e-tickets (with ticket numbers and tax charges)? There are so much advertisement junks on the email that is annoying to have to print those out also.
