A321 (GB Airways) seating question

Have booked down to SSH in ET (5+ hours - aagh ..) for 3 of us and want to get the best seats. All exit rows are currently available.

Am I right in thinking that the exit rows do actually have substantially more room ? Are there any other extra legroom rows that are not exit rows (bulkhead etc.) ?

Which would be the best trio to go for ?

Do the exit rows suffer from non-recline syndrome ?

On an A321 is the "B" seat the narrow seat as on other shorthaul aircraft ? I only ask, as the furthest forward exit row for 3 is on the left side.

How are the exit rows with only 2 seats configured ? Are they roomier in some way or is there some other reason why the 3rd seat is missing.

Sorry for the fusilade of quesiton and thanks in advance !
