3AB/KL are indeed blocked on many flights. On 773, 6EFG have bassinets and might be blocked for that very reason. 6AB and 6KL have no particular reason to be blocked, and they are not that good anyway, as they are abreast with the potentially noisy 6EFG (well, at least on non O&G destinations. You won't see many babies on 6EFG in AF928 ).
