There is another way.
Call the NW customer service mavens in Sioux Falls, SD.

About three months ago I had some systemic baggage issues.

The customer service employee said she would escalate the

issue through channels.

Two days later I received a call from the NW Station Manager,

he left me his cell phone number.

After our discussion, I noticed a radical change for the better in NW

baggage operations.

It's amazing, NW listens.
