Two and an half times -- last fall flying DTW-DUS I got op-uped to fly through AMS on the last flight of the day and also picked up some VDB money. Several years ago SEA-AMS. And not quite an op-up but flying DTW-CDG I asked the gate agent if an op-up was possible and she said no, but that she would block the coach seat next to me. Not quite WBC, but it made the flight more comfortable.
