I called citibank last week for something else and the CR forced me into credit protector. I repeatedly told him not to sign me up for it But he put it on my account anyways.

then today I called citi to cancel it. They were still trying to sell it to me. trying to convince me that I am making the biggest mistake by not taking it. I was on the phone for like 15 min with the CR because they were still trying to sell me on this credit protector.

wow. I have never been so pressured in my life.
