I know you can only buy for yourself 20k points within a rolling calendar year. That part is spelled out. But I need help with the other two options -- gifting and transferring.

In reading this board and the PC website, I believe the following is true, but I would like confirmation.

1. I can gift one person a max of 20 k in a rolling calendar year.
2. A person can be gifted a maximum of 20 k from multiple accounts in a rolling calendar year.
3. There is no limit to the amount of points that can be transferred, but the transfer fee is very high.

Can someone please confirm that my assumptions are correct.

Also, are there actual limits on the maximum number of points that can be gifted or transferred into any account during the year?
