Hello:

Last October I traveled back from Asia on UA. The I was relying on doing a significant amount of work during the trip, but unfortunatley the power ports in C were inoperable.

I was given a Skykit by the FA to fill out for compensation. I filled it out and gave it to the FA.

Since then I have heard nothing and have not been credited miles.

Who should I contact about this missing skykit? 1K voice?
