is it because the last of my four flights is not within hours 24?
I see you are doing the same MR I am going to do on 1/30 (except I could not get ORD on the return, just STL)
With AA, sometimes it will not let you print out the return BP on a same day, even though you are in the 24 period, and sometimes it does. Try printing all BPs at the kiosk tomorrow. You should have no problems then.
