there is no set time. all award tickets have to be approved by ticketing. they look for any mistakes. most simple domestic awards get approved within minutes, hours as do many simple international awards because i believe these are just computer checked (i may be wrong). more complicated awards, such as all partner multi city or oneworld awards actually get looked at by a person. also, the date of travel comes into play. if the checker gets 2 complicated awards, one leaving in a week, the other in a month, the first one will be looked at first. so just sit back and relax.
