I just booked an Aeroplan reward seat, and then called the AC party line to add my infant son to the ticket, when the phone agent noticed that it was odd that the system put me at the back of the plane, when it was very clear that my file was flagged as Elite. So, I've got my doubts about AC I/T, once again.
