It depends on which generation of iPod you have, if you don't have the latest models, then the inMotion line from Altec Lansing is pretty good. I personal own the iM3 black, takes 4 AAs or the included universal AC. The speaker has metal mash so less chance of damage during travel, comes with a mini remote, and also has input jack so you can connects to your laptop for better sound. http://www.alteclansing.com/index.ph...iproduct_id=39
