On a LHR-JFK trip several weeks ago, the concierge greeted me onboard as I was getting settled and asked if there was anything she could do for me. I had some cheese I had purchased in London and asked if it could be stored somewhere cool. She immediately arranged to have it put in one of the refrigeration areas.

The flight attendants probably would have done it for me anyway but, it was nice to have been asked and had it taken care of so pleasantly.
