Hi, welcome to the boards. You will get access to the Intl. F lounge in ORD, plus concierge service for departure and arrivals. Also, you should get arrivals service at HGK (although I dont know if UA now has full facilities at the new HKG airport).

On board service on UA is (like on most all other carriers) not what it used to be, but at least they still serve decent champagne.... the UA first suite is comfortable, and the service, well... its mostly a toss of a coin although most of the regulars on this UA board will tell you that FA's seem to be trying harder lately. Amenity kits on UA are OK, nothing special but you will have the basics that you need. With a little luck you should have a nice trip.
