All Z fares on international do and most C do as well. On domestic, you cannot shop by lowest business class fares. All business class fares are grouped under "Executive".
So again, you are not making any sense.
Furthermore, the OP was asking about YYZ-LHR-EDI which was international at last check, so why are you bringing up domestic?
