Agreed. But the airlines would still be forced to act. And, if nothing else, it would help spread the awareness of how stupid the rules are. I can just see the news reporters standing at DFW in front of checked water bottles circling in the baggage carousel.
Probably never going to happen, but I'll dream about it tonight.
