If we have time and a lot of wine is left over in Business Class, we do have the option of pouring it into cups and passing it out to the Economy Class passengers. We are not allowed to cork it and give the bottle away. Liz and I are consulting via telephone and we both seem to remember some incident years ago that led to implementing the "no giving opened bottles to passengers" policy.

On domestic flights, we can cork the bottles and save the rest for the next flight - on international, it all has to be dumped.
