Yes you can take it through security. Although Switzerland is not in the EU it behaves like a member in most parts concerning air travel.

So duty-free goods bought inside the EU, carried in a clear and sealed bag including the receipt from the same day are no problem in ZRH.

You only have to worry about the limited choice in the ATH shops
