Had a bunch of paper certs expiring 9/30. Events of 9/11 meant a bunch of September trips didn't happen. I emailed MP and they said they'd give me e-certs to replace 'em if I'd mail them in. It's worth asking! Of course, 2 months later and nothing has been credited to my account...
