Hello All,

I only flew 50k Miles on UAL this year and all the trips were business class PHX to
Brussels. I did all my 100k of domestic flights on Continental this year.

Thus I did not use any of my existing paper upgrades this year and (brace yourself)
16 certificates expired this year on me.

I wasted 4 of them back in March by sending to MP customer service and of course I never
heard back from MP or had 1000 miles deposited in my account for the 4 certs

With the current situation at MP (MP trying its best to hold on to its elites) is there any chance or method you guys can recommend for me to get my 250 miles per expired certificate?

Or should I just forget about it? Be honest.

Most of the certificates expired in the
August 2001 thru October 2001 time frame.
