Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I've found out this evening that NASN are not carrying the play-offs this year (monthly newsletter in the mail), they stopped after the regular season.

It seems Sky Sports here still has an exclusivity contract up to the Superbowl. I'll do some more checking to see what other european channels will be carrying the games and which are available in Poland.
