SFO Int'l WorldClub while on NW Domestic. Doable? Process?

I've got a long layover in SFO in a couple of weeks. I'd really like to relax in an airline lounge but as a Plat Amex card holder, I do not have access to the PC or CRC in SFO.

While the "guesting" thing here at FT is great, I can't seem to find a host in SFO. I was wondering if I could use the NW Worldclub in the international terminal while on a domestic itinerary? If yes, can someone please give me a quick overview how to ge there (I've never been to SFO).

BTW, I'm arriving on the flight from DTW, departing 3+hours later on the flight to HNL.

I think I read about this before but my search of "Francisco" did not turn up the thread.

Thanks all.
