2006: Xmas in Tucson (with SO), New Year's at home
2005: Xmas in Oaxaca (with SO), New Year's at home
etc.

Not all that unusual among FTers, especially considering the frequent need for a year's-end mileage run and the convenience, vis-à-vis work, of scheduling it over one holiday or (if half of it is enough to reach the target) the other.
