However I think it would be better if you were either to give them to just the crew operating in your cabin or none at all. I'm not quite sure why you would offer them to the crew in F, where you won't be sitting, and the pilots who you are unlikely to see but not to the crew in economy.Would appear very odd and perhaps negate the good will gesture. Oh and if you are to do it, give them out towards the end of the flight. To do it near the beginning would smack of bribery for special attention, something that would be viewed as highly offensive by most of us crew!

P.s. I very much doubt your request for jimjams because you're flying on your birthday will be forwarded. Hundreds of people fly on their birthday every week with BA. Best not to ask the crew as it could put them in an awkward position having to say no. Remember, it is rather gauche to have to ask someone for a birthday gift Subtly drop into the converstion with a crew member that it's your special day, and more than likely you'll get a bottle of champagne to take with you along with a F menu signed by all the crew.
