Very difficult to get when you refare online
I did a refare online in September and it took two calls and an email to 1K voice to finally get something three months later.

I tried to check the fare of some recent itineraries on line to see if the price went down and saw lots of crazythings like showing a rebooking charge, something I never saw before on "checking price of fare". Strange.
