Usually I receive them in less than 30 days from refaring; irregardless of the departure date. The most recent one, I refared the first time three months ago, never received it. I called six weeks ago and was promised it would be resent. I should expect to receive it in five weeks. I have yet to receive it.

I refared the 2nd time six weeks ago and still waiting for the voucher.

I shall call 1K desk tomorrow and have a conference with Customer Service. Customer Service is only open Monday through Friday.
