Yes, but don't expect much. I think the ORD flight is still a B747 with pretty ancient interiors. I don't know if they are being refitted or not. If it's a spanking new B777-300ER then you'd get a bed of sort (I think its horizontal) but probably a higher price.
Also, it's not a direct flight. They route through LHR, BOM or DEL (can't remember which one) & then you'd have to connect onto a domestic flight.
