Hi,

Also just checked at DHS - Customs Border Patrol site: http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/id...ng_out_i94.xml - they state pretty clearly that you need to turn in the I-94; but I'd check - I believe that it is only on your final departure from the USA that you should turn in the I-94.
