Also, I'd allow 90 minutes before departure for queuing and formalities. That means leaving your room 120 minutes before departure. My reasoning: Given the occasional Italian dysfunction, there could be only one agent checking in 175 pax for your flight. That would take lots of time and being near the front of the line would be best.
