You will be visiting the ticketing desk at the airport -- why would they contact themselves?
= KVS: I am confused. You mention that they cant directly change the ticket, but they cannot contact anyone? Ok, I am sorry if I sound stupid ... but don't live in the U.S. mostly, so don't know rules and have very little time.
Who does the actual booking?
Do the airport agents need to call a number, or can they re-issue it based on PNR?
