Seems as though the fine print when they installed those kiosks at SAN was that you were allowed a limited number of bonuses from the machines (my recollection was 250 miles for SAN rather than 500). If I ever received any of the bonuses, they were buried and not identified as such...

Have not even bothered with them recently as they always seem to have kicked out any reservation that even had an upgrade request ON THE RETURN!
