I have said for quite a while that I like F in the 777 much better than the 744, but that was (I thought) based on the general layout of the cabin, which is far more spacious feeling on the 777 than the 744.

I haven't noticed them to be smaller on the 744, but I'm not of a size that it would be all that noticeable.

UA has different width C seats on the 744, 777, and 763, so I guess different width F suites is part of the game as well.
