It would make sense to me that they "can" document this, but really, it's no big deal since no-showing is very common.

Also, the higher the status, I would guess the more common a no show is, so they would tend to not really care that much. For that matter, I would doubt that that a field would come up with customer had a no show on Nov 3 12, 17, 19, etc.

Bottom line is the message *HighFlyah* is trying to get across is call and cancel, don't be a no show!!!!
