Just had a rare chance to visit a UA reservations office and to see what their systems can and cannot do, and as a precautionary warning to everyone here, every time you "no show" UA *can* note that down in your MP account under a special note section, similar to a PNR special remarks section.

I saw the words "CUST NO SHOW ON 13NOV01 UAXXX" in one MP account.
