Yes, miles for regular card use post quickly. But promotion miles, for example, the 3X to 5X bonus for travel and hotel expenses that ended in Sept, can take MUCH longer. That program bonus just showed up in my account on Dec 28. That is a full 12 weeks after the promo ended.
