= Well, see thats the problem. According to the agent, it would not be possible to do it over the phone as apparently all CA tickets are instant issue. And of course a paper ticket cannot be an instant issue unless done at the airport. Does this make sense?

Also, do all airports in the U.S. have access to Star Net?
