MBS PremExec:

1) It is a letter, not a postcard
2) I believe it has a promo code but there was no indication that you can or had to register. It just said that recipients of the letter would get the bonus.
3) I'm honestly not sure although I would venture to guess that it would be for the MP account holder since that's how you have to login to the reservation system.
