No letter here but I have been trying to log on to UA CX this morning. Got "Logon system error" message...
Anyone else have difficulties with UA CX software?

Then went to united.com and got:
ERR NO: ENG-AM-004
Reservation System Temporarily Unavailable

So I spent about 20min on the phone with UA reservation agent (after 10min on hold). How is this supposed to save money for UA?
