I just finished flying my second SFO-JFK in less than a month, and the service levels were noticeably different and worth commenting on. This is the 8am SFO departure, scheduled with a 763 though--sadly--swapped for a 762 the second time I took it.

In November, the breakfast fruit plate included lots of fruit, yogurt, cereal, and bagel/croissant/muffin. In December, just now, cereal was gone and there was a lot less fruit.

The afternoon snack in November was a bowl of fruit, full chicken breast and risotto, fondue cup and bread sticks, and fresh warm chocolate-chip cookie. In December, the bowl of fruit was gone, the chicken was reduced to two strips, and the cookie was replaced with a prepackaged cold one.

Definitely down hill...
